I want to attend but it's in conflict with another event! Can I get access to recordings?

As this event is completely virtual, every presentation will be recorded, and available to ticket holders on-demand via the platform for 3 months after the event. If you would like full access to the platform and all deliverables from the event, please register as if attending, and you will be able to access the materials for up to 3 months. After this time, ERICA may snippets of some presentations available online through YouTube or our website.

How do the networking sessions work?

There are a few ways to network on the platform:

  • Make sure you update your profile is up to date when you log in

  • View a list of attendees and connect with someone directly

  • Join a discussion room at the end of the day to chat in a group

  • Attend poster sessions to watch presentations and chat with presenters

  • Be active in the chat in each session to discuss presentations

  • Visit the exhibition space to chat with industry sponsors

What time zone is it in for me?

The conference will run from 1-7pm AEDT, Melbourne time.

The registration page won't process my ticket/something is wrong

If you have an issue with the registration page, please send us a screenshot of your error message to
energy-institute@monash.edu and we will be able to help you resolve it directly.

I'm a Monash staff member and want to pay using a Monash cc/fund

If you sign in using your Monash credentials (ie while signed into my.monash) then you will get the option to use cc/fund at the checkout screen. Coupa isn't an option unfortunately.

How will this conference be run?

We are using the virtual events platform EventsAIR for this conference. A few days before the events, you will receive information on how to log in and access the platform via the email address you provided when you registered.
